Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return, for any reason. This applies to every item we sell, including items bought at a reduced price.

Condition

Items must come back unworn and unused, with any tags still attached and in their original packaging. We will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email contact@sterlingcomfort.com with your order number and tell us what you would like to return. We will reply with a return shipping label and the return address.

Please request a return before sending anything back — parcels sent to us without an agreed return cannot be accepted, because our returns address is not published.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives. If something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo or short video showing the problem. We will replace it or refund you, and you will not need to pay anything.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and we have checked it, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to show it on your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still have not received it, email contact@sterlingcomfort.com.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the one you want.

Items we cannot accept back

Gift cards, and for hygiene reasons any personal care goods. Everything else in our range can be returned under this policy.

United Kingdom and European Union — 14-day right to cancel

If you are shopping from the UK or the EU, you have a separate statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving one. This right sits alongside the 30-day policy above — whichever is more generous to you is the one that applies.
